Vitamin E oil for face- You can use Vitamin E oil on face in multiple ways. For thicker eyebrows- Mix it into extra virgin olive oil or pure castor oil. Vit E face serum- Blend 2 drops of Vitamin E with 1 tbsp pure aloe vera gel, 1 tbsp rose water, 1 tsp glycerine, and 1tsp extra virgin olive oil/ coconut oil/ sweet almond oil. You can modify the quantity of carrier oil according to your skin type.
Vitamin E oil for hair-Mix 2-3 drops of pure Vit E with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil/ coconut oil/ sweet almond oil with 1 tsp Kalonji oil and 1 tsp castor oil. Massage your scalp and hair with this lukewarm blend and let it sit overnight or for 4-5 hours.

A. Yes it is. I mix it with oil and apply to my hair and wash it off after couple of hours. It leaves my hair soft and smooth.
