  2.   Wipe your face with a mild cleanser.
  3.   Exfoliate your skin to scrub off dead skin cells. 
  4.   Massage face with pure aloe vera gel for 5 to 7 minutes. 
  5.   Pick the right oil for face massage according to the weather and your skin    type. You can also use a cream or a moisturizer.
  6.   Steam your face to soften pores for easier oil penetration.

Facial Massage Movements & Techniques

  • Swipe your fingers from Chin to Temple. 
  • Swipe your fingers from Chin to Glabella (area between eyebrows and above the nose) via temples. 
  • Fold your fingers and swipe your knuckles from glabella to temples. 
  • Swipe your fingers from nostrils to temples. 
  • Rub your thumb on the top of your nose from the glabella to the tip. 
  • Swipe your fingers from the upper part of the forehead to the temples. 
  • Swipe your knuckles from chin to eyes via temples. Rest your folded fingers on your eyes for 5 seconds with gentle pressure. Then come back to the chin through the sides of the nose and the lips. 
  • Use your fingers to massage each cheek from jawline to temple one by one. 
  • Swipe your fingers from the tear duct to the temple while putting gentle pressure on the eyes for 5 seconds. 
  • Make a V-shape with your index finger and middle finger. Massage the upper area and the lower area of the lips from inside to outside. 
  • Swipe your fingers on your neck from the bottom to the jawline. 
  • Interlock the fingers of both hands. Keep the interlocked index finger on the upper lips and thumb on each temple. Gently pressurize and vibrate your hand. 
  • Tap your fingertips all over the face and the neck for 10 seconds.

  • Repeat each step 5 times.
  • Put gentle pressure on the destination point at the end of each stroke.
