1/2 tbsp of grapeseed oil 

1/4  tbsp of Honey

1 tbsp aloe vera gel

#3 Grapeseed oil for Ageing Skin

What do you need?

1/2 tbsp of grapeseed oil 

1 tbsp of papaya pulp

How to use it?

Apply the above mixture on your face and give it a massage for a good 5 minutes and use lukewarm water to cleanse away the mask and resulting in firmer-looking skin.


#4 Grapeseed oil for Healthy Hair

What do you need?

4 to 6 tbsp of Grapeseed oil 

4 to 6 tbsp of Jojoba oil 0r Almond oil

5 to 8 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

I am 79 and have a lot of very dark marks on my legs and now starting on my arms. The leg is also very painfull and crampy. I believe the bloodflow is fine. Do u perhaps have any suggestions as it does not look nice. I am now trying the oxiprovin with hope. Thanking you
