1/2 tbsp of grapeseed oil 

1 tbsp of papaya pulp

#4 Grapeseed oil for Healthy Hair

4 to 6 tbsp of Grapeseed oil

I am 79 and have a lot of very dark marks on my legs and now starting on my arms. The leg is also very painfull and crampy. I believe the bloodflow is fine. Do u perhaps have any suggestions as it does not look nice. I am now trying the oxiprovin with hope. Thanking you
